Louisa Jane Welborn was born in 1839 & passed away in 1923. Buried in the Cross Roads Baptist Church Cemetery in Easley, Pickens County, South Carolina. She is the daughter of Colonel William Elbert Welborn and Harriet "Happy" Richardson.
