Kemp-6452 and Welborn-908 are not ready to be merged because: Welborn-908 is the "birth name" for Cevilla. The Kemp-6452 is the birth name of Cevilla's 1st husband. The aka name of Veach is the birth name of Cevilla's 2nd husband.

Kemp-6452 and Welborn-908 appear to represent the same person because: Cevilla Jane is the daughter of Jefferson Gaines Welborn and Margaret Jane Walters. Cevilla was married twice. First husband was Alonzo Kemp married in 1874 and they had 3 sons (Leonard Napolean Kemp, Rodolphus L. Kemp, Theodore J. Kemp). After Alonzo passed away, Cevilla married W.C. Veach abt June 1888 and they had 1 child (daughter Willie May Veach).
