Biography
Isaac Benjamin Welch was born in Alabama on April 25, 1846. He was the son of Joseph Welch and Delliah (or Dilliah) Barrett.
Isaac married Cornelia Graves.
Isaac married Minnie Ola Rhodes in 1898.
Isaac died in Madison County, Texas on July 6, 1924, and was buried in Rayburn Cemetery, Madison County.[1]
