Jacob was born on May 29,1861 in Berks County, Pennsylvania and a son of Aaron Weller and Sarah Dotterer. He passed away on January 13, 1908 and buried in the Hill Church Union Cemetery in Boyertown, Berks County, Pennsylvania. [1]
