Ellen was born in 1845 in Freeland, Oxfordshire.[1] She was the daughter of John Weller and Rhoda Judd. Her baptism took place at the Wesleyan Chapel in Witney on 26th February 1845. The register shows that she was 7 weeks old.[2]
