Biography
Cynthia was the daughter of Aaron and Lucy (Rockwell) Wellman
She married David W. Sherwood on 16 Oct 1838 in Burns, Shiawassee, Michigan, USA - parents of Elizabeth, Anna, Emma and Richard Sherwood
After Richard died they moved to Laclede County, Missouri to farm and David was hanged by Quantrill's Raiders when they raided the farm. Cynthia and her daughters Anna and Emma returned to Michigan
She is buried at Duplain Township Elsie Village Cemetery, Elsie, Clinton, Michigan, USA
