Mahala was born in 1840. She was a daughter of Levi and Anna Shrader Wells.^[1][2][3]

Mahala Wells married Lemuel Fox on December 23, 1872, in Sevier County, Tennessee, by the Rev. H.S. Blair.^[4][5] They lived in Sevier County, Tennessee, USA.^[6]

She passed away in 1924. Burial: Fox Cemetery, Sevierville, Sevier County, Tennessee, USA^[7]
