I just sent you a private message too... Are you still active on wikitree? I need someone to complete a merge of a private profile.

The other profile manager has died so it is down to you. Please let me know if you are still working on wikitree.

Thank you!

Hi, Doug. My long-time brick wall is my 4xgreat grandfather, John Pell. He is listed on my 3xgreat grandmother's (Hannah Emmiline Pell b. 1852) baptism (in 1859, Quebec) as her father, but I cannot find any record of their marriage (mother is Sarah Ann Ross) or any sign of him anywhere else. I thought maybe you'd be aware of a John or Jonathon Pell that could be a candidate. Soon after (or possibly before) that baptism, Sarah married Charles Brown, who would be Hannah's stepfather for the rest of her life. If none of your Pells seem to fit the bill here, I was hoping you might have a suggestion as to where I might look next. Thanks for any suggestions!

Hi, Doug. Can you have a look at Alice Thorold? She seems a great deal older than her brothers.

Hi. Would you have a look at Margaret Macwilliams? HOP for her husband, John Stanhope [1] says she was daughter of Henry Macwilliam (no "s")

I was very happy to see the information that was posted on the pell family. My great-great-great grandfather was John Pell (Born 1812-1884. His childred were named Calvin LeRoy, Gilbert, Daniel, Caroline and Jennie. I am trying to see if there is a connection to your posts. I believe there is due to similarity of names (Gilbert and Caroline). Also, I believe that Calvin LeRoy's middle name is derived from the LeRoy family. Any insight that you could provide would be useful!
