Biography
Thomas Wells was born in Yorkshire, England.
This profile is part of the Eastrington, Yorkshire One Place Study.
At the time of the 1841 census Thomas worked as a joinery apprentice for Stephen Thompson in Eastrington.[2]
In 1847 he married Sarah Lorriman in Fulford, Yorkshire.[3][4] The couple lived in Hulme, Lancashire, in 1851.[5]
At the time of the 1861 census Sarah lived with her daughter, Isabella, and her father-in-law, John Wells, in Gilberdyke, Yorkshire. Thomas was not at home.[6]
Thomas died in 1864 at the age of 42.[7]
