Jane Welch (also seen Welsh) was born 3 Mar 1729 in Stratfield, Fairfield, Connecticut the daughter of John Welsh and Deborah Ferriss.^[1] She married Jonah Todd 23 Mar 1756 at new Milford, Connecticut with Paul Welch officiating.^[2] She passed away 1 Dec 1812.^[3]
