Ensign Jacob Wendell served with 1st New York Regiment, Continental Army during the American Revolution.

Jacob H. Wendell was born before, 25 Aug 1754, to Harmanus Wendell and Catherine van Vechten. [1][2][3]

Christening

He was baptized in the Reformed Dutch Church in Albany. Jacob, of Hermanus Wendell and Catarina V. Vegten. Wit.: Jacob Hendric Deneyk, Anna Dennyk. [1]

Jacob Wendell and Geertruy Lansing were married before 1786.
