William was born in 1874. Not sure who his parents were at this time.
William married Ellen Amelia Webb in Hobart on the 4th October, 1897. (2)
They had a total of 7 children, 1 son and 6 daughters:
William passed away suddenly at his residence at Mt Faulkner Road, Claremont on the 7th January, 1947. (3)
He was buried at the cemetery of the old Congregational Church in Austins Ferry, Tasmania. (4)
