Biography

Edward was born 2 Jul1866. He is the son of Benjamin West and Mary West.^[1][2]

On 20 Jul 1870, Edward was living with his father, his sisters Eliza and Emma in Crescent City, Del Norte, California, USA. His race is shown as Indian.^[1]

On 2 June 1880, Eddy was living with his father, his mother Mary, his sister Emma, and his adopted brother, George West. In this census his race is shown as White.^[2]

On 10 Oct 1892, Edward was living in Crescent City, Del Norte, California, USA. The Voter Registration records from this date show that Edward was 5 feet, 8 1/2 inches tall with brown eyes and black hair. He had a scar between his eyes.^[3]

Edward died 12 Nov 1902. He is buried in the Old County Cemetery.^[4]
