Hezekiah West, son of Benjamin West and Elizabeth (Smith) West, was born 13 June 1754 in Hopkinton, Rhode Island.[1] His second Great-grandfather George-Soule was a passenger on the Mayflower.
In 1777, Hezekiah married Experience Davis, daughter of John Reverend Davis Jr and Bethiah Rogers in Farmington, Hartford County (now Connecticut).[2]
Hezekiah died January 15 or 16, 1805 and was buried in the Seventh Day Baptist Cemetery in Burlington, Hartford County, Connecticut.

(FamilySearch.org gives January 15, instead of January 16 as the death month and day). This source also gave his name as "Dea. Hezekiah West".
Unfortunately, the headstone was not photographed at the Findagrave site, nor was the document photographed at FamilySearch.org. [4]
