Born at Buckethole Farm in the Parish of Stoke Pero, near Porlock at 7.30 am on 4th Aug 1958. Started Porlock School September 1963. Moved to Woodcocks Ley Farm March 1973. Left School in 1974, worked at home until August 1979. Moved back to Buckethole Farm August 1979. Moved to Holt Ball Farm 0ctober 15th 1985.
