Annie F, D, Westernann was born on 3 May 1895, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to William Westermann and Hermina Hafft. [1]
She died on 8 March 1896, at 2947 Reese Street, 33rd ward, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The cause of death was convulsions, due to whooping cough. The funeral was held on Tuesday 10 March 1896, from 2947 Reese Street (her grandmother's home). She was buried in section M, lot 398, Greenmount Cemetery, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. [2][3][4]
