1650: In A survey and Particular of the Manor of Sharenden with the rights members and Appertenances thereof, situated lying and being in the Parishes of Mayfield Rotherfield and Wadhurst within the Rape of Pevensey in the County of Sussex parcell of and belonging to the Principal & Commonalty of the Vicars Choral in the Cathedral Church of Chichester as followeth ... Freeholders: ... Thomas Weston holdeth freely 37 acres of land in Sharenden by the rent of 6s 9d and halfpenny.[4]
20 Apr 1657: Thomas Weston did homage at the manorial court of Sharnden.[5]
30 Jun 1661: Thomas Weston holdeth freely two pieces of land called Grangefield and Broadfield containing twenty-two acres in Mayfield parish and a tenement called Burdons and payeth annually £21. The same holdeth freely three pieces of land called Wheatfield, Middlefield containing ten acres in Mayfield sometimes Duffields and paieth therefore yearly besides £3 - £8. The same holdeth freely a piece of land containing five acres late called the Strakes parcel of lands called Sinderferst in Mayfields and paieth therefore yearly besides £16.[5]
4 Aug 1662: Received a life interest in Merrieweathers in the will of William Weston of Mayfield after which it passed to his son John.[6]
13 Jan 1663: Conveyance (feoffment) for £26: Thomas Weston of Rotherfield, yeoman, with his son John Weston, to Stephen Sawyer of Rotherfield, tanner, [of a] piece of land called Catteshaughe (2 acres) near Mark Cross in Rotherfield (E: road from Mark Cross to Cockins Mill; N: land called Totye). Witnesses: William Benge, John Catt, William Stevenes.[7]

6 Oct 1668: Assignment: By Thomas Weston of Willingdon, yeoman, and John Fennell of Eastbourne, yeoman, to Thomas Weston of Crambrooke in Kent, clothier - for £250 - of a mortgage dated 3 April, 17 Charles II by the said Thomas Weston of Willingdon to the said John Fennell of a messuage or tenement with barns, malthouse & c. and 11 pieces of land, meadow & c. containing 40 ac. called Colkins Mill farm in the occupation of Alexander Martyn the younger in Mayfield at or near Colkins Mill bridge And also one other messuage or tenement with orchard, garden & c. in the occupation of Isaack Embry in Mayfield at or near Richetts croft. Signatures, John Fennell and Thomas Weston & seals. Witnesses:- Peter Bodle, Richard Ellis, John Lake, Richard Hoare.[9]
23 Oct 1668: Thomas Weston of Willingdon did homage at the manorial court of Sharnden and presents the transfer of land at Reynolds to Thomas Weston of Cranbrook and Abraham Weston of Cranbrook.[5]
13 Mar 1669: Mortgage to George Oxley of Mayfield: Document shows Thomas Weston of Cranbrooke, Kent, clothier, Abraham Weston of Cranbrooke, clothier, and Thomas Weston of Willingdon, acting in concert to grant the mortgage. Witnesses include other family members: John and William Weston.[10]
19 Sep 1680: Quit-claim: Abraham Weston of Cranbrooke, Kent, clothier, to Thomas Weston of the same place, clothier, of and in the lands and premises described in deed of 11 March, 22 Charles I (1646-7) (SAS-WH/248) numbered 1 to 6, which were conveyed, 23 Oct., 20 Ch.II, by Tos. Weston of Willingdon to the said Thomas Weston of Cranbrook and Abraham Weston. Also of and in certain customary lands late divided into 4 parcels called Rainolds containing 9 ac. in Mayfield late Peckhams, rent 7s. 6d., were at a court holden for the manor of Sharnden on 23 Oct., 20 Charles II, surrendered by the said Thomas Weston of Willingdon to the said Thomas Weston of Cranbrooke and Abraham Weston. The purchase having been made with the proper money of the said Thomas Weston of Cranbrooke and for his use. Signature, Abraham Weston. Witnesses:- Will. Weston, John Weston, Richard. Weston.[11]
