Maud Rosella Whaley was born in September of 1881 in Birmingham, Alabama. She married James W. Cox on December 25, 1898 in Cullman, Alabama. [1] The couple is listed together on the following census reports:

1930 Census in Yuma, Arizona (with two children in their household) [3]
Maud passed away around the age of 84 in 1966 and is buried in Yuma Pioneer Cemetery in Yuma, Yuma County, Arizona. [5]
