Birth: 1815, Canada Death: Apr. 9, 1893

Martha was the daughter of Job Whaley and Mary Gertrude Leroy. She married Pater Hartwick on March 23, 1834 in Clarence, Russell, Ontario

Obituary: Mrs Hartwick, a very aged lady, died on the morning of the 8th inst. (Sat). She was buried in Novesta Cemetery on the 9th (Sun) Deceased was the mother of Jobe Hartwick, Mrs. HH Wilson and Mrs. Peck of Novesta (Enterprise Newspaper, Cass City, Michigan Apr 14, 1893
