lived at Maiden Newton
His death date needs confirmation and a source.
Hannibal Wheatley's 1902 Genealogy of the Wheatley Family states, without documentation, that Frank married "Mary Fienes granddaughter of Lord Dacre, who was executed in 1541."
This appears to be the basis of the undocumented supposition that Mary was the daughter of "George Gregory" Fiennes. In addition, it has been imagined that Frank was the SON of another Mary Fiennes. The given name of Frank's mother was certainly Mary, as she mentioned Frank in her 1595 will.[4]There is no evidence for Mary's maiden name.
Frank Wheatleigh/Wheatley was born about 1562 in Tingsboro, England and died about 1617 in Maiden Newton, Dorset, England.

appears highly questionable in all respects . Nothing checks out, no Tingsboro, no Wheatley holding manor of Maiden Newton, the PCC wills quoted in book could not be found. Family not in Visitations of Somerset also cited. (He also writes said that the Visitation of Somerset was consulted at Somerset House, This was the place where the the General Registration office at the time the book was written, but visitations are/were kept at the College of Arms
