Biography

Geraldine was born in 1917. She is the daughter of Thomas Wheeler and Delphina Parsons. Mrs. Geraldine "Gerry" Earle, age 95 years, of Peabody, died peacefully Wednesday, surrounded by her family and friends at Cherry Hill Assisted Care in Danvers. She was the wife of the late Warren Earle, with whom she shared 50 years of marriage. Born in Lynn she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Delphine (Parsons) Wheeler. She attended Lynn schools and graduated from L. E. H. S. She was employed as a Library Technician, at the Lynn Public Library for 27 years, until she retired in 1982. Gerry volunteered at Union Hospital for many years, and enjoyed line dancing. She was also mother of the late Robert W. Earle, and Joanne E. Black. Service Information: Gerry's funeral will be held at the Parker Funeral Home 35 Franklin St. Lynn on Friday at 1:00 PM to which relatives and friends are invited to attend. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery. Visiting hours are from 11:00 – 1:00 PM Friday.
