Charles Wheeler was a South Carolinian.

Charles Wheeler was born in 1863 near Lake City, Williamsburg County, South Carolina, and was the son of J. C. Wheeler and Jeannette Ann Fulmore. [1] [2]

He married Jho McGill on March 8, 1891, at the Beaulah Church in Williamsburg County, South Carolina.[3] Together they had the following child:

  1. Mispah Wheeler

He lived in Florence for the last 25 years of his life and worked for the Atlantic Coast Railway.[4]

He died on September 13, 1922, at his home in Florence, Florence County, South Carolina.[5]
