Biography

Adolphus was born about 1859. He is the son of Thomas Wheeler. In 1881, he was living with his father, step-mother and siblings in Pickering, Durham, Ontario.[1] He married Esther Ann Tent Ireland on 13 Jul 1881.[2] The family lived in Simcoe, Ontario, where he worked as a butcher.[3] They later moved to Grandview (near Dauphin), Manitoba.[4][5][6][7]
