Biography

Newton was born in 1847 in Missouri. He was the son of Henry Wheeler and Emily Cotner. In 1867 he married Sarah Buck in Missouri.[1] In 1872 he married Rejina Rader in Missouri.[2] He passed away in 1913 in Missouri.[3]
