Henry James Debron and Sarah Wheeler were married by licence at St James, Cowley, Oxfordshire on 30th May 1869[1]. They were bachelor and spinster. Henry was 27, a grocer living in St Clements, and the son of James Debron who was also a grocer. Sarah was 22, living in Marston Street and the daughter of Richard Wheeler who was a tailor. The witnesses to the marriage were Richard Wheeler and Harriett Wheeler[2].
