Biography
Phebe Wheeler was born 8 Dec 1817, the fifth child of Samuel Wheeler and Rebecca Prentice of Stonington, Connecticut.
In 1843 she married Clark N. Whitford. They went west and are shown in the 1857 Minnesota Territory Census with some of children. Daughter Iphecenia b.1861 not shown.
Phebe (Wheeler) Whitford passed away in 1871.
