Biography
Hannah Wheeler, born 6 Aug 1778 at Stonington, Connecticut, was the sixth and final child of Silence Burrows & Richard Wheeler.
She married William Holmes. They had 4 children while living in Stonington:
- Hannah W. Holmes, b. 24 Feb 1804
- Prudence Holmes, b. 16 Dec 1805
- William B. Holmes, b. 27 Jul 1808
- Silence W. Holmes, b. 23 Oct 1813
- After the birth of Silence, this family moved to Halifax, Vermont.
Hannah (Wheeler) Holmes died 20 Sep 1863; her grave is at Halifax, Vermont [1].
