Kennoff Wheeler was born on 12 May 1913 in Grayling, Michigan.[1][2] As of 1920, he lived in Grayling with his family.[3] As of 1930, 1939 and 1940, he lived in Pontiac, Michigan.[4][5][6] On 4 December 1933 he married Leona Ross, the daughter of Dennis Ross and Mary Cadeau (and the widow of Rudolph Martin), at Assinins, Michigan.[1][7] He died on 11 March 1968 and was buried at Ottawa Park Cemetery in Clarkston, Michigan.[2][8] As of 1939, Kennoff was a grinder for the Jig Bushing Company.[5]
