Biography
Colby Wheeler was born about 1805 in Elbert County, Georgia, to George Wheeler and Elizabeth Underwood. He married Ginny Whisenant 14 June 1828 in Habersham County, Georgia.[1] He died before 1870 in Walker County, Georgia.
