On 13 January 1720/1, Abigail and Uriah and several of her siblings sold to their "elder brother John Rice, all right, title and interest ... of our father John Rice or our mother Tabitha."[7][8]
Uriah lived in Sudbury and in January 1701/2 and 1723 he was recorded as a carpenter.[3]
He died in Sudbury on 09 December 1753 aged 76 years and 8 months,[9] and was buried in the Revolutionary Cemetery in Sudbury where his gravestone still stands.[10]
The will of Uriah Wheeler of Sudbury, yeoman advanced in age, was dated 01 February 1748/9, and the heirs consented on 20 December 1753. In his will he named his wife Abigail; son Elisha; daughters Thankful, wife of Isaac Gibbs of Sudbury, and Abigail, wife of Zephaniah Smith; son-in-law Samuel Eaton "now living with and providing for me," and daughter Millicent wife of Samuel Eaton.[11][12]
Abigail died in Sudbury on 10 January 1754 in her 67th year.[13] Her gravestone is also located in the Revolutionary Cemetery in Sudbury.[14]
