26 April 1877 Will was presented in court by Elijah Carter, will was witnessed by Elijah and E.R. Bean. Edward D Sweeney appeared to testify that E.R Bean was deceased Will was written April 15th 1858. Will states he is of the city and county Rock Island. He leaves all of his property in Rock Island to his beloved wife Almira.
Note Almira apprears in the 1870 Census without Ebenezer.
