  3. Catherine Wheelock, born about 1793

  7. Eleanor Allen Wheelock, born 27 Nov 1798, Neponset, MA
  8. Alexander Wheelock, born about 1799 (legally changed his name to Abel Wheelock)
  9. Thompson Baxter Wheelock, born Jul 1801, MA
  10. Rebecca French Wheelock, bapt. 25 Jul 1802, Boston, MA

He passed away on 17 May 1831 in Greenfield, Massachusetts and was buried there in Country Farms Cemetery. [3]

Research notes

Abel may be related to Daniel Wheelock of Dorchester, who married Sally Gilson. Both are listed as original inhabitants in the formation of the 2nd parish of Dorchester. But the 1800 Census record only shows one adult male and 5 males under 10, so it doesn't seem possible that Daniel was a son.
