DOUGLAS STEWART WHELAN, 62, of Tampa died Sunday. He was in the grocery business and was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Parish. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy; his mother, Eva May Whelan of Detroit; one son, Douglas W. of Atlanta; two daughters, Denise Gagyne and Ann Wolf, both of Tampa; his mother, Eva May Whelan of Detroit; and two grandchildren.
