Biography
Ellen was born about 1831. She was the daughter of J Whelan and Catherine Kinsella.
Ellen Ffrench née Whelan passed away 2 Dec 1906 at Corah Balleycarney Ferns, County Wexford, Ireland, aged 75 years,[1] and leaving effects to the value of £10 10s 0d to John Kennedy, farmer.
Ffrench is the proper surname spelling for Ellen's husband. Subsequent generations changed the spelling to French.
