Biography
Annette was born Feb 3, 1859 daughter of Cyrus Fielding Whipple and Delight Whipple[1]. The mother of Annette Whipple died at her birth. Annette was adopted two months after her birth by Rufus and Betsey(Gray) Gallop of Ledyard, Conn.. She was known as Annette Gallup in her hometown. At the time of her marriage she was a teacher in the Mystic Oral School for Deaf-Mutes.
She married Israel W. Brown.
She is shown in the 1914 Norwich City Directory boarding house, Yantic v [2]
She passed away about 1920.
