Hopestill Whipple, 7th child of William and Elizabeth (Sprague) Whipple was born in Smithfield, Rhode Island, on 28 April 1723.[1] She married Nicholas Brown on 22 Apr 1744 in Smithfield, Rhode Island.[2]
