Biography

The daughter of Jay David Whitaker (1843-1934) and Sarah Elizabeth Watkins (1849-1927), Mary was born in Fabius Township in 1878.[1][2] Her siblings included:

  10. NIna V. (1887-1926)

Mary married Frank Sibley in Hart Township on January 1,1898.[3] She died seven months later, when she was on 19 years old, of septic peritonitis.[4] She is buried at Lakeview Cemetery in Ludington, Michigan.[5]
