Relief was born 14 March 1748, the daughter of David Whitcomb and Betty White. She first married Hooker Sawyer on Oct. 2, 1766. in Bolton, Worcestor, Massachusetts Bay. After Hooker's death, Relief married Lt. William Lincoln on 27 April 1793 in Leominster, Massachusetts. She died 27 Oct. 1786.
