Biography
He was the 3rd son of Captain Thomas Douglas Whitcombe, of the Madras Royal Artillery.
Marriages and family
In 1875 he married 1ly Ellen Jenkins, with issue one son and three daughters. She died in 1886.
On 31 May 1887 he married 2ly Myra Haste, with issue three daughters.
Death
He died in 1930.
