Biography
Crittenden was born on February 15, 1861 in Lewis Co. W.Va. He was the son of Paxton Ezekiel White and Mary Maxon. He married Sarah Catherine Kemper on October 2, 1884 in Lewis Co. W.Va.[1] He passed away on January 1, 1948 in Lewis County West Virginia. He was buried in the Masonic Cemetery[2]
