Anna White, daughter of Resolved White and his wife Judith (Vassall) White, was born in Scituate, Plymouth Colony, on 5 June 1649 according the town record or 4 June by a the Plymouth County records.[1][2]
Anna White and John "Heaward" (sometimes spelled Hayward, Heyward, Haywood, Howard or Haward) were married in Concord, Massachusetts, 2 June 1671.[2] He was born in Concord 20 Dec 1640, son of George and Mary (____) Hayward.[2][3]
On 1 Mar 1702/3 John Hayward gave to his eldest son George of Concord "the west end of my dwelling house..."[2]
On 12 Feb 1711/2 to John Hayward Jr of Concord the rest of the dwelling house, barn and land in Concord. John was to provide for his father John and wife Anna, also to pay "my daughter Judith Goss... my daughter Mercy Browne ... my daughter Anna Allen ... and my daughter Sarah Allen ... [2]
Anna Hayward died in Concord, 25 May 1714 at age 64 years "wife of John Hayward." She and John were buried at The Main Street Burying Ground,[2][3] where the stone is still intact, although the cemetery is now designated as the South Burying Place.[4] No probate records are found for John or Anna Hayward.[2]
