Biography

When Sarah Jane White was born about 1808, in Pennsylvania, United States, her father, Peter White, was 41 and her mother, Elizabeth Lucinda Brittain, was 34. She married Andrew Melick in February 1833. They were the parents of at least 4 sons and 2 daughters. She lived in Mount Pleasant Township, Columbia, Pennsylvania in 1850. She died on 16 December 1894, at the age of 87, and was buried in Millertown, Mount Pleasant Township, Columbia, Pennsylvania.

She married Andrew Melick (1812-1875)[1]
