He was the son of William Knight Hamilton Ramsay White and Edith Laura Paris.[1]He was born on the 11th of May 1881 at Tickhill, Yorkshire, England.[2]He was a Lieutenant-Colonel 3rd Battalion Yorkshire Regiment. He was awarded the Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1918.[1]He died on the 31st of March 1921 at the age 39 at Doncaster, Yorkshire, England.[3]
