Jennifer Sue (White) Proctor, age 49, of Ionia, was called home by her Lord and Savior, on August 31, 2015
Jennifer was born on April 22, 1966, in Sheridan, Michigan the daughter of Richard and Barbara (Welch) White. She graduated from Portland High School and worked in die repair in Ionia. She enjoyed and cherished spending time with her family, especially her three grandchildren.
Jennifer was preceded in death by her brother, Thomas White and grandson Grayson Johnson.
She is survived by her loving husband, John Proctor; her parents, Richard and Barbara White of Stanton; her children, Jenna White of Grand Rapids and Jeremia (Jessica) Johnson of Ionia and Nathan Wells of Grand Rapids; grandchildren, Xavier, Omari, and Ariana; a brother, Joseph White of Stanton; a sister-in-law, Jennifer Proctor of Lowell; a brother-in-law, Justin Proctor of Ionia; her mother-in-law, Sherrie (Robert) Guthrie of Lowell ; and father-in-law John (Darlene) Proctor of Florida; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
A memorial service will take place on Friday, September 4, 2015, at 1 p.m. at Verdun Family Funeral Home, 303 S. Bridge Street, Belding, Michigan 48809, with Pastor Ken Harger officiating. The family will greet visitors from 12 noon until the time of service. Those wishing to express sympathy are welcomed to consider a contribution in Jennifer's memory to the wishes of the family.
