On 20 March 1859 she married Elijah Davis Lane in Jasper County, Georgia.[2] Together they had eight known children: [3][4]

Nancy and Elijah lived in Jasper County, Georgia until sometime after 1880 until they moved to Bosque County, Texas. In 1902 they moved to Comanche County, TX. [5][6][7][8][9]
Nancy died in Comanche County, Texas on 15 February 1919 and is buried at White Point Cemetery there.[10][11]
