Elizabeth Ann White (married name Elsum) was born on 2 February 1856 in Nunawading, Victoria, Australia, the daughter of Marianne (Thompson) White and John White.^[1]

She married Henry Jarvis Elsum on 16 March 1875 in Williamstown, Victoria.^[2] Their children were:^{[citation needed]}
