Biography

Contained in Judith M. Olsen, Lippincott, Five Generations of the Descendants of Richard and Abigail Lippincott (1982), pp 156-167, is an extensive autobiography written by Benjamin White towards the end of his life for his children.

Benjamin White was born on 4 December 1755 to George White and Ann Lippincott.^[1]

Benjamin married Mary Morris, daughter of Joseph Morris and Joanna Hulett, by license on 16 April 1781 on 25 April 1781.^[1]

Benjamin and Mary had the following children:

Benjamin married second, Sarah DeCou, daughter of John DeCou and Sarah Antram. ^[1]

Benjamin and Sarah had the following children:

3. Sarah White b 9 March 1814; m George Hance^[1]

Benjamin White passed away on 7 November 1841.^[1]
