Joseph Whitehead was born in Yorkshire, England.
Joseph was born in 1720, in Yorkshire, England. He was the son of Joseph Whithead, and was christened on the 9th of September 1720, in Otley, Yorkshire. [1]
He married Elizabeth Grummwell in 1748, in Otley, Yorkshire. [2]
Joseph died in 1782.

Lawrence Whitehead
Whitehead-5702 and Whitehead-2874 do not represent the same person because: One is in England, one in Virginia. The one in Virginia is son of an important figure in Isle of Wight VA Whiteheads. Also I think the one in Virginia is named Joseph William, not William Joseph., and had a different spouse.
