Charles was born 14 November 1887 in Harrison Township, Perry, Ohio, to Charles Whitehouse and Rachel Young.[1] The family was living in Crooksville in 1900.[2]
Charles was married to Grace Pitcock in 1907 in Wood County, West Virginia.[3] They were living in Harrison Township in 1930.[4]
