Biography

Barsheba was born 20 March 1811 in Harrison County, Virginia.[1] She was the daughter of Abel T. Whiteman and Ruth Bigler.

She married Joseph Wesley Janes on or after 9 January 1833 (bond date) in Harrison County.[2] The bondsman was Bartlett Janes.

Barsheba died on 13 January 1888 in Harrison County, and she is buried there in the Adamsville Cemetery.[3]
